Methodology, Sessional Work and Contact Classes
- Admissions according to eligibility.
- Study material provided.
- Maximum five number of units per paper.
- Exercise questions are available in each unit.
- Two sessional assignments to be submitted (excluding M.A./M.Sc. (SOL, PM & Yoga)

Each sessional paper covers 30% at B.A. level & at 20% M.A. level and covers 15 marks at M.A./M.Sc. (SOL, PM & Yoga)
- Sessional works marks are included in annual marks list.
- 10 days contact classes for B.A. and M.A. student, at different centres of the country.

B.A. students (who have opted for SOL) to appear in practical examination just after the 10 days contact classes

15 days compulsory contact classes will be organized at Ladnun centre for B.Lib. and I.Sc. students.
- One month training & contact classes for M.A./M.Sc. (SOL, PM & Yoga).

Students who do not attend the one one month contact classes will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
